A month after the Epic soundtrack hit number one on the soundtrack album charts, it has retained its number two position. Prince has actually risen one notch this week at number three with his classic “Purple Rain.” It has now been on the charts for an incredible 1007 weeks!

Epic is said to be the most successful concert documentary of its type. It is not a scripted production, but rather a musical time capsule. It is michael’s 180 pound nephew. Too well built to effectively play the skinny woodpecker that barely ever weighed more than 120 pounds in his birthday suit. The cover is crappy, plus the music is more of the same. In honestly, I was shocked at how little music is featured on the new soundtrack. We can almost sense it is definitely going be a challenge for Sony. Like Paris admitted, the film should be billed as a fantasy.
